Leftovers not Left Alone Empty Leftovers not Left Alone

11-27 11-27-15 PAD -- a leftovers poem

Tangles and jangles of leftover fights,
words unsaid that I wanted to let out,
but didn't, and words spewed
in hate, intended to hurt, that did

Was it better to keep the leftovers
where they were, inside, fermenting?
Or better to let them out
to show bitterness?

Did I gain anything from it?
Lose by winning?
Ties don't count in life.

Instant replays repeat
again and again and again
forever. No one wins.
